⚬ Recruitment & Placement: Manages incoming volunteer inquiries, coordinates placement into active teams or coverage roles (such as Area Captains), and maintains volunteer rosters.
⚬ Operations & Communication: Liaises between program leads, team members, and community partners to ensure volunteers have the schedules, guidelines, and materials needed to keep Strathcona County vibrant throughout the season.
